What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is used for us to get to know each other to determine if we’re a good fit. We’ll also use the time to reflect and regroup.
What can I expect after the first call?
We’ll schedule check-ins every week for 4 weeks and then every other week as you work to execute the plan. We’ll add sessions as needed (for interview prep, as an example). In addition, you will receive weekly (or more often) email updates.
What is your general approach?
Short answer: REBOOT method. Longer Answer: We’ll cover everything from fine tuning your resume to networking strategies to mock interviews to skill building. these are examples that will be included with an accountability plan. Don’t worry, we’ll cover all of this during our discovery call.
How is this different from an outplacement agency?
There is no risk. No job, no cost. You will also be guided by someone who was laid off by Google and then landed a more senior role at another tech company before going back to Google 4 months after the layoff. Long story short: You are working with someone with proven results.
